"To set the standard for patient service and responsiveness" Patient surveys demonstrate high levels of satisfaction related to the standard of care provided. Patients are cordially greeted, examinations are started on time, the nature of the exam is clearly explained, and patients are treated with the utmost care, respect and professionalism. Physician surveys also demonstrate high levels of satisfaction, most notably with regards to over all clinical quality, accuracy, thoroughness and ease of scheduling. Preliminary reports are telephoned or faxed directly to the referring physician's office immediately following completion of the patient's examination. A formal report is mailed to the referring physician's office within 48 hours. To ensure unbiased interpretation, Pacific Vascular maintains an association with 25 Interpreting Physicians. Services such as PVI's follow up program exist exclusively to provide the best in patient care. Designed to assist patients and care providers manage disease, PVI offers enrollment to all qualifying patients and will help track, schedule and provide regular reports to their treating physicians.
