Directions:
»  From I-405 southbound, take the 124th Street Exit. At the end of the ramp, turn left on to 124th St. Proceed east, crossing over the freeway overpass. Continue a few blocks to Totem Lake Blvd.
»  Turn left on to Totem Lake Blvd.
»  Get in the right-hand lane and proceed one block to 120th Ave NE.
»  Turn right on to 120th Ave NE.
»   Continue north on 120th Ave NE (up the hill, passing the hospital) until you reach 132nd ST .
»  Turn right on to 132nd Street and immediatly take the first driveway on your right.
»  Evergreen Place bldg is on the left once thorugh the driveway. Pacific Vascular Lab is on the ground level and located toward the center of the first set of buildings.

»  From I-405 northbound, take the 124th Street Exit (Exit 20B).
»  Stay to the right on the exit ramp, taking the "Totem Lake Blvd." ramp. (follow blue hospital signs). Go straight through the stoplight at Totem Lk. Blvd. and on to what has become 120 th Ave.
»   Continue north on 120th Ave (up the hill, passing the hospital) until you reach 132nd ST .
»  Turn right on to 132nd Street and immediatly take the first driveway on your right.
